Most of us know because we remember, but being age 11-16 is one of the most important, impressionable and challenging times in a young woman’s life.

Creating a safe space for positive guidance, leadership and the support of friends and strong feminine role models is our greatest tool to empower the young women we love to love their bodies, love themselves and to then make great choices that lead to confident and wonderful lives.

4:30-5:30p Private Body ALIVE

5:30-6:30p Empowerment Exercise

6:30-7:00p Snack Break

7:00-8:00p Partner Exercise + Open Discussion

This mini retreat proves the time, structure and space for positive and open conversation around fears and doubts and offers an experience of body positivity, confidence, connection. There will be time for trust to be built within community and a chance to reframe the narrative for teens around their beauty, their self worth and their self image.
