Some could say, I’ve been on the holistic path for a lifetime. Raised by Massage Therapists and naturalists, my path has been blessed by the wisdom of many generations of healers and systems thinkers.

I started my formal training as a Massage Therapist, over 20 years ago and have accumulated over 2,600 hours of accredited certifications, from 5 different schools of massage. In addition, I have completed many trainings around Yoga and Mindfulness, over the years, which directly fuel and inform my practice.

This creative bodywork can feel like a seamless improvisational dance, which integrates techniques from both eastern and western modalities. I specialize in creating dynamic therapeutic, bodywork sessions, with an emphasis in deep tissue, neuromuscular and phenomenal touch massage; a style which is multidimensional, fluid and forever reverent, at its' core.
