If you are riding the gondola, please allow 25 minutes for the ride up the mountain so you can arrive to class on time. Hikers should plan on a 1.5-2 hour hike to reach the top of Aspen Mountain.

HEART OPENERS – classes to open the heart and upper body
CORE STRENGTHENING – classes to ground, center and strengthen the body, specifically the core and legs.
STRETCH & BALANCE – classes specifically geared towards athletes who need some deep stretching and to bring balance into the often overworked body.
