It’s that time of year! Sweat out any holiday indulgences in this 90 minute vinyasa power yoga flow. Expect a sweetly paced warm-up followed by a powerful flowing sequence with challenging and playful peak poses sprinkled throughout. With 90 minutes to practice, we will have time for some deep, seated stretches and heart-openers before ending the class with a guided meditation and luxurious (but well-earned!) savasana.
Punch passes, memberships and regular drop-in rate are all welcome.
