How do we live an optimal human life?
Ayurveda and Yoga are inseparable sister sciences that merge seamlessly to find answers to this age-old question. Ayurveda is India’s 5,000 year old health care philosophy. At its very core it teaches us to live in accordance with Nature’s rhythms, for this is the key to aging gracefully.
These Masterclasses will integrate basic Ayurveda theory with Hatha Yoga, meditation, and mantra.
The intention is to create a comprehensive, nourishing and challenging yoga practice for all levels while providing you with practical and accessible tools to accelerate your wellness path through Ayurveda.
Each session will open with a vibrant lecture on an aspect of Ayurveda followed by a yoga practice that embodies our lesson.

- How to work with the 5 Elements and 3 Doshas
- Dinacharaya: Simple daily routines that will boost your longevity and wellbeing
- How to become your own best self-care giver

A nourishing, quiet, practice of great depth to anchor, align and elevate body, mind & heart during the Kapha time of day. We start with a brief history of Ayurveda and its foundational principles.
Rise, Shine and Flow
An invigorating, full-spectrum class touching on all categories of poses that will solidly carry you through the rest of your day.

Twists and Core
Agni (FIRE) is praised in Ayurveda as the power of healthy digestion. A practice of deep twists and core work are essential to purify the organs and keep your digestive fire burning brightly and efficiently
Sunday 9-11 am
Nourishing backbends and thigh stretches
Backbends open the Heart Fire and Solar Plexus to increase vitality, passion and metabolism. Here we expand the front body while strengthening the posterior muscles for support.
We’ll learn a solid, accessible Ayurveda morning routine to start each day.
