FALL 2020 CHALLENGE IS COMING!

Things will be very different this year than what we have come to know and look forward to with our Annual Fall Shakti Yoga Challenge, but we are as excited as ever about this year’s challenge!

We are very thrilled to share that the studio is evolving into a more refined niche; one that is founded upon the overwhelming response to Jayne’s personalized, activated, inspiring and ORIGINAL method of moving energy in the body.

We are delighted to name this resulting modality The Body Practice™.

As you may have noticed, there are classes that have been popping up on the schedule entitled
THE BODY (strong, alive, open, restored, etc). These classes are part of the collection of this original method we have been developing and refining over the past 2 years.

And so, this year, we have decided to offer the challenge, that has always been radical in its ability to both build community as well as encourage students to experience the full rainbow of offerings/styles that we bring to the schedule, as a way to introduce THE BODY PRACTICE™ as a collection to our community.

THE BODY PRACTICE™ was created as a collection of practices, some action and movement oriented, some balancing and still by nature, to help participants move and reshape the internal energy and frequency of a person. The end result is the participant’s bodies, words, thoughts, and actions then align and reflect this energetic transformation – therefore the outer you looks, feels and is much lighter, freer and more FULLY ALIVE. We call this the new ‘in shape’ . . . as the inside, so is the outside.

How The Challenge Works!

You may sign up to take the Challenge in-person in the studio OR online
(in-studio space is very limited due to the pandemic)
First come, first serve for in-person.

You must complete 30 classes in 30 days. There are 6 different styles of class
(The BODYopen, BODYtoned, BODYstrong, BODYalive, BODYstill and BODYrestored).
You must try each class at least ONCE.
Stay tuned for an upcoming email with detailed class descriptions and a tailored recommendation for your personalized practice schedule.

* We realize that one of the most alluring and powerful aspects of the Challenge in years past is the COMMUNITY that we build together practicing everyday together for 30- days. We are currently building out the platforms to foster this in light of the Covid environment, more details coming, and we assure you that we will not allow this important part to dwindle.

ONLINE CHALLENGE – REGISTER HERE
  • Unlimited Capacity
    $99 per person

WHAT YOU GET:

  • You may attend 1 class per month in-person at the studio* for FREE
    *due to current attendance limitations, you must reserve your spot in advance
  • 1 year unlimited membership to The Body Practice™ online platform

WHAT YOU DO TO COMPLETE THE CHALLENGE:

  • Complete 30 classes in 30 days (livestream OR archived)
  • Invite 3 friends to do it with you & CC us on the invite! They can join anytime in October 2020 (as the classes will be archived).
  • Post to ONE social media platform ONE time sharing how this practice makes you feel and tagging @TheBodyPractice_ByJayne
IN-STUDIO CHALLENGE – REGISTER HERE
  • Limited to 45 spots
    $400 per person

WHAT YOU GET:

  • 1 FREE year of unlimited access to classes in-person at the studio*
    *due to current attendance limitations, you must reserve your spot in advance
  • 1 year unlimited membership to The Body Practice™ online platform

WHAT YOU DO TO COMPLETE THE CHALLENGE:

  • Complete 30 classes in 30 days (inside the studio)
  • Invite 2 friends to attend a class IN PERSON, who have never attended THE BODY PRACTICE! They can join you anytime in September or October 2020, as long as you’ve paid and registered for the challenge.
    *We will offer payment plans for those of you who really want to participate in-studio and cannot afford $400 all at once.
  • Post to TWO social media platforms TWO times sharing how this practice makes you feel and tagging @TheBodyPractice_ByJayne

I can’t seem to log in on mind body to register for 30 day October challenge. I would also like to send this invitation to join the challenge to some of my friends. What would be the best link to send? Please advise. excited to participate! Jane has my credit card on file. I can login to your site for my previous classes, but cannot register on the mind body site.

I look forward to hearing back..
